In the Vineyards

We design every vineyard as if it were our first: we choose with care, passion an sensibility. And with the expertise that comes from the many vineyards we have planted….

Our vineyards are cordon trained.
We employ the latest viticulture techniques: short pruning, leaf pulling and thinning.
In order to ensure excellent yield grape/vine (1,5% Kg per vine), 50% of the clusters are removed before final harvest.

Work in the vineyard, tough and demanding, serves one wonderful purpose:
to obtain that perfect grape maturity which allows us to take our grapes to the winery as we have always imagined they should be.
