BRUT MILLESIMATO PROSECCO
Produced with manually selected Glera grapes, it has a pale golden yellow color with a very fine and continuous perlage. Intense, fragrant aroma with hints of white cedar and acacia flowers and with fresh aromatic notes reminiscent of yellow apple, peach and bread crust. On the palate it is dry, fresh and persuasive with an elegant fruity aftertaste.
Pair it with...
An aperitif based on various appetizers, fish crostini and puff vegetables, with fish-based dishes and as a pleasant interlude during the day.

BAROLLO WINERY: A TRADITION THAT LOOKS FORWARD WITH COURAGE AND PRIDE.
Where the breeze of Adriatic Sea meets the winds of Dolomites our vineyards are born: a territory waiting to be discovered between Venice and Treviso, characterized by a unique microclimate in Italy, cradle of refined and excellent wines. A a land rich in aromas and flavors , guardian of the living memory of the sea that once covered it: fossil finds, marine sediments, limestone rock, clayey and marly soil are all elements that give a natural flavor to our wines.
In this hospitable and mineral land we grow international vines such as Chardonnay , the Merlot , the Pinot Noir and the Cabernet Franc .
